To keep abreast of the happenings in the world of Internet Marketing, I recently took the plunge and bought a ticket for the 3 day Britpack Live seminar that was held in Meriden, near Coventry.

It was organised by one of the UK’s most famous online successes, Robert Puddy along with his American business partner, Pat Lovell – an adsense and SEO expert.

I found out about the event after attending one of Robert’s many UK half-day workshops. These workshops have encouraged dozens of newbie internet marketers (as well as some seasoned professionals) to get together and share tips, advice, best practice and above all, provide encouragement and support.

It looks as if Robert may well be doing a nationwide tour again next year, so I’ll keep you all posted on the dates/venues etc, as I found the half day workshop that I attended in Bristol of real benefit and at £10 a ticket it was an absolute bargain.

The speakers at the Britpack Live event included such online power houses as professional speaker Sean Roach, podcasting guru Scott Paton and SEO expert Nathan Anderson (all from the US), along with Tracy Repchuk a successful marketer from Canada.

There was also a British contingent with former editor of “The Cricker” magazine Tim Brocklehurst and NLP expert Richard Butler providing some really useful information, together with Martin Avis of kick start today fame.

The event will be running again next year (October) so I’ll keep everyone posted on the dates and the venue for this event. All I can say from my own experience is it is well worth attending.
